Description (partial)

1) For Non-SCA case: <Call Appearance Per Line> = 2, <Programmable Softkey Enable> = yes, only register Ext 1(private line) to server and only map 1 line key to Ext 1. Others use default settings.

2) For SCA case: <Call Appearance Per Line> = 2, <Programmable Softkey Enable> = yes ,register Ext 1(private line) and Ext 2(shared line) to server and map line key 1 to Ext 1 while line key 2 to Ext 2. Others use default settings.

1) Non-SCA case: If we make 2 calls(one is held and another is active) with the private Ext, 7.4.8 display the softkeys: "Hold | endCall | bxfer | confLx | xferLx". 7.5.5 display the softkeys: "Hold | endCall | confLx | xferLx".
Cisco: For "bxfer" softkey, 7.4.8 has this key while 7.5.5 doesn't, so we can investigate to make 7.5.5 behavior same as 7.4.8 when blind transfer fallback feature is not used.

Bell's Response: Make 7.5.5 have the same "bxfer" softkey behavior as 7.4.8

2) SCA case: For 2 inbound calls (one is held and another is active) with the shared Ext, both 7.4.8 and 7.5.5 display the identical softkeys, "hold | end call | conf | xfer | bxfer | confLx | xferLx" . If "xfer" or "conf" is pressed to make a call transfer/call conference, private Ext's call appearance is chosen to make the 3rd call. This behavior could introduce 603 Decline issue from server in Bell CA's environment and this is unacceptable to the customer.
Comments: My suggestion is that we can hide "conf | xfer" keys to avoid such failure case, so user will not intend to make this call.

Bell's Response: Hide the "conf | xfer" keys (instead of searching for another call appearance from another line key), this would avoid the user ever getting into such a failure case.

SPA5x5 7.5.5
