- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Hold/Resume is not working on Lync integrated with cucm via sip when media bypass is enabled. It works when we disabled media bypass on Lync. This happens with CUCM 220.127.116.1100-10 and also 18.104.22.16800-28. cucm-----sip----lync Conditions: Confirmed Media Bypass is enabled on lync server. Confirmed in the trunk configuration for the trunk where MediaBypass(MB) is enabled, ReferSupport is disabled, SessionTimer is enabled, RTCPActiveCalls is disabled and RTCPCallsOnHold is disabled. Confirmed that the encryption is set to optional. Checked the traces and observed that CUCM is sending an "Require: sdp-anat" in the 200 OK message answering the Re-Invite from the Lync client.
