Description (partial)

Symptom:
After Sign-in on Jabber for iPad now delete the associated user in UCM. After delete the user in UCM then jabber was on Active State need to change or disconnect.

Conditions:
Unified CM: 10.5.0.10000-7
Unified Presence: 10.5.0.10000-9
Cisco jabber: 10.5.0.176629
