Description (partial)

Symptom:
Every time a macro (configured) is running twice in quick succession by the ASP, the following Traceback may be seen
AAA-6-BADHDL invalid hdl AAA ID 174287, hdl 1C000BAA, retired -Process= "ASP Process Creation", ipl= 0, pid= 324
-Traceback= 37CCBCz 277BECz 27A6DCz 64344z 66074z 6614Cz 1C28F38z 1C2368Cz

Conditions:
Macro needs to run at least twice in quick succession. This happens when there is a quick link flap during NIC initialization of an attached PC that is PXE booting and only where the PC is directly connected to the switch port,
i.e. not behind any phone. Found on 2960s running 15.0(2)SE5.
