Symptom:
Customer is noticing a large number of sessions being disconnected with the reason "Auth-Failed" because he has explicitly configured result code 5030 "user-unknown" and 5003 "authorization-rejected" to be mapped there. In older releases as R9 this didn't work as expected and these were mapped 
to 'No-resource (4)'

Conditions:
This configuration explicitly maps result code 5030 "user-unknown" and 5003 "authorization-rejected" to Auth-Failed
