Symptom:
Steps:
1. Make a call on HFU line
2. Restart CUCM
Result:
The audio is still kept. However after CUCM is back, and phone registers again, the call session bubble is not displayed on phone.

Conditions:
1. Make a call on HFU line
2. Restart CUCM
