Cisco Bug: CSCuo77094 - 9.231: OC-192 AR went for AUTO-RESET after repeated hard reset of XFP

Symptom: The OC-192 Any Rate card went for AUTO-RESET after repeated(20 times) plug-out & plug-in of the PPM. The issue was not reproduced when tried 2nd time for 25 iterations with similar steps. Conditions: Load: 9.23 Build-16(09.23-014D-1915-SPA) Setup: 1. 9.231 15454 ANSI node with dual TCC2 & OC-192 Any Rate card in slot-12. 2. Have a OC-192 2F-BLSR ring. 3. Monitor STS-3c traffic passing thru 2F-BLSR ring. 4. ONS-XC-10G-S1 pluggable was inserted in OC-192 AR card. Steps: 1. Remove fiber on other path of 2F-BLSR so that traffic is carried on OC-192 AR card. 2. Plug-out XFP and wait for IMPROPRMVL alarm to be reported. The STS-3c traffic is down. 3. Plug-in XFP, traffic is recovered and wait for all alarms get cleared. 4. Repeated 20 to 25 times steps-2 & 3. 5. After 25 iterations, the OC-192 AR card goes for AUTO-RESET. Reproducible: Issue seen once when tried for 2 times.
