Description (partial)
Symptom: In a Single ring dual home satellite topology running BGP with BFD everything works fine until the ICL link to one of the satellites failed triggering a switch over to the other host. When the ICL is brought back up, the satellite move to the original host, BFD start flapping on the remote CPE. The problem is that the active host, and the back up host are sending bfd packet to the CPE. Conditions: Two ASR9000 running 5.1.1 supporting a Single Ring Dual Home Satellite topology, and running BGP and BFD.
