Unable to apply QoS policy to a L2 Port-Channel due to L4 operator allocation error:

Conditions:
N5K(config)# int po10
N5K(config-if)# service-policy type qos input qos-policy-inbound
ERROR: Unable to perform the action due to incompatiblity:  Module 1 returned status "L4 logical operator allocation error"
