Cisco Bug: CSCuo76339 - Adding a Precision Queue Fails When There is a Non-Deleted CUCM PG
Feb 16, 2018
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise

Symptom: Customer receives the error "Unexpected database error. Please try again later or contact your system administrator." when attempting to add a Precision Queue. Conditions: This occurs with any version of UCCE/ICM where there is a CUCM Peripheral in "Deleted Objects". This is because a Precision Queue is associated with all CUCM Peripherals and does not distinguish if the Peripheral has been deleted.
