Known Affected Releases

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer receives the error "Unexpected database error. Please try again later or contact your system administrator." when attempting to add a Precision Queue.

Conditions:
This occurs with any version of UCCE/ICM where there is a CUCM Peripheral in "Deleted Objects". This is because a Precision Queue is associated with all CUCM Peripherals and does not distinguish if the Peripheral has been deleted.

Agent removed from PQ still shows in Queue
Hi gents  i have an agent that was removed from PQ by removing all attributes. He was also removed from his team. On ucce admin the agent has no attributes and no team. But when I test the agent credentials finesse shows the agent in the same queue he has been removed from and he also comes up on the queues wall board. Any ideas on why this is happening  thanks
