Symptom:
The following msg is displayed on on the responder side:
RP/0/RP0/CPU0:XRSMU1-CRS1a#sh logging RP/0/RP0/CPU0:May 12 02:03:33.263 : ipsla_responder[1121]: %MGBL-IPSLA-5-INTERNAL : Failed to open a port:1151568896:'Subsystem(2375)' detected the 'warning' condition 'Code(6)'

Conditions:
1) X86-based sender and
2) "Long duration" is configured (i.e. "packet count" * "packet interval" + timeout > 65,535 ms)
