Description (partial)

Symptom:
SSL peer shutdown incorrectly errors while configuring auth key in cluster

Conditions:
1. Created a cluster with a CSR and WAE.  
2. After cluster was opertional, configured authentication key.
3. Authentication key pushed to CSR router and WAEs successfully and the cluster was operational. 
4. Now removed and reconfigured the authentication key from cluster settings tab.
