Description (partial)

Symptom:
The vsh process on a linecard crashes while displaying the onboard logs for the same linecard. The following type of syslog message is logged:

  %SYSMGR-SLOT1-2-LAST_CORE_BASIC_TRACE: : PID 8190 with message vsh(non-sysmgr) crashed, core will be saved .

Conditions:
This issue only occurs if the onboard log file on the affected module is corrupt. This is a rare condition.
