Description (partial)

Symptom:
no call waiting tone for 2nd incoming call
when jabber is in call and you put the device next to ear, at the same time there is an incoming call , you can see incoming call alert pop up, but can not hear call waiting tone to prompt for new incoming call

Conditions:
One condition to reproduce:
- A (Jabber Android = 288736733) calls B (971 deskphone = 21379971002), put A 's device next to ear, so screen will dim while dialing
- B answers the call, verify audio is heard.
- while A and B on call, C (Jabber voice = 28873668) calls A
