Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer was receiving the Failed to import report Value list already exist error.

Conditions:
1. Customer has the  CUIC v9.1.1 cop file installed.

2. CUIC logs show the followng:

CCBU___CUIC_DISPLAY-3-EXCEPTION: %[EXCEPTION=Grouping level 0 is not supported. Max supported is 3]: There was an exception that occurred."
