Symptom: when the sorting using License is performed Error occurred during find. Column (licensecount) not found is seen. Conditions: Description:Error occurred during find. Column (licensecount) not found. Symptoms: when the sorting using License is performed Error occurred during find. Column (licensecount) not found is seen. 1)Login to CCMAdmin. 2)Access the path System->Licensing->Licensing Usage Report. 3)In License Usage Report, click on Users (1) link available as part of Report section against CUWL Standard. 4)In CUWL Standard Licensed Users page, sort CUWL Standard Licensed Users using Licenses parameter by click on Licenses element. Following message is displayed. "Error occurred during find. Column (licensecount) not found in any table in the query (or SLV is undefined).
