Symptom:
Remeber me can't set to Yes after change the extension

Reproduce steps:
PhoneA is 8841 phone;

1.PhoneA's line1 is one UC user;
2.PhoneA is in idle and focus on the line1;
3.Enter PhoneA's VVM sign in page,the default's extension is line1's dn(1000),change the dn from 1000 to 1001,then change the dn from 1001 to 1000;
4.Press nav down key to focus on Remember me item, check the ui;

Problem:
At this time, can't change the value of "Remember me", refer to attached_phone_log;

Note:
9971 hasn't this issue.
