Description (partial)

Symptom:
During testing, it was found that the atomicity of TCAM operations was not guaranteed, during programming ACL
entries for IPv6 on F3-type linecards. Consequently during a very small window of time where the results are
not fully in line with the configuration, and could lead to unexpected results.

Conditions:
While configuring IPv6 access lists, on an F3-type linecard
