Description (partial)

Symptom:
No OpenStack Compute Reports visible from OpenStack device after correct credentials have been added. 
KVM reports visible from from OpenStack device after correct credentials have been added.
OpenStack device classed as QEMU/KVM in the Devices List.
Error message saying: "Fail to fetch device type: sysObjectID" when testing OpenStack credentials after adding KVM credentials for the same address.

Conditions:
OpenStack All-In-One installation. 
Any version of PPM. 
OpenStack credentials added to the SSH/Telnet page.
KVM credentials added to the SSH/Telnet page.
Device is reachable from PPM and SNMP is enabled on the device.
