Symptom:
Expected functionality is unavailable In WebEx mode
 - On a call presence
 - WebEx desktop share
 
And shows a disconnected error as it attempts to initialise the directory source.

Conditions:
Have previously used 8.6.7 in CUP mode and now switching to WebEx with Jabber 9.X
