TCS enters into an incosistent state due to this problem reulting in call drops.

Symptom:
Log files gets flooded with redundant traces logged by a RTP Statistics thread. This causes the constant log file roll-over creating a huge dump log files in e:\logs folder. During this scenario  the TCS enters into an in-consistent state and all the calls get dropped and new calls are not admitted.

Conditions:
endpoints and tcs not on same lan network
