Symptom: While trying to use Session Trace functionality within RTMT when the RTMT client is in EST time zone but the UCM Servers we are connected to is in a Different Time zone lets say PST, the Time Zone set by the RTMT window Pull down menu is not used as the Reference timezone and as a result the wrong time frame is searched for Calls. Conditions: When the client and server are in different time zones, then it is searching for calls based on server timezone only, not taking into account the client timezone.
