Symptom:
Actionable incoming call is not dismissed after DND-R is on

Conditions:
1. Actionable incoming call alert is enabled on phone which has share line with other phone.
2. Make a call to this phone, incoming call alert is displayed.During phone is ringing, enable DND-R on this phone.
the session bubble is dismissed but the incoming call alert window is still displayed
