pending legal agreement registration status users cannot control 'platform notification' Symptom: Support noticed 'platform notification' is sent to the 'customer admin' having registration status 'pending legal agreement' Conditions: 1) Step sending 'platform notification' to customer admins having 'pending legal agreement' registration status 2) Enhance existing 'platform notification' by adding the path/steps, so that customer administrator can control these notifications. You can get exact message or language from Product Management team, but for reference here are the details from support : "Login to SNTC --> Reports --> Preferences --> Check/UnCheck Alert Notification. " Note --> These steps can be performed only by 'Customer Administrators'
