Description (partial)

VXME4WIN crashes when analog audio device (for example: headphones with analog connectors) plugged in for the first time after vxme is started.

Symptom:
VXME4WIN crashes when analog audio device (for example: headphones with analog connectors) plugged in for the first time after vxme is started.

Conditions:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log into HVD and Cisco Jabber for Windows
2. Check list of audio devices in Device Selector
3. Plug in analog headphones (connect microphone first, and after the speakers)
4. Plug device out after vxme is automatically restarted and is running

Expected result:
2. There is no audio device named "High definition audio device"
3. VXME should not crashed and plugged device should be detected and shown in the list.
4. When plugged out device should not be shown in the list of devices any longer.

Actual result:
2. There is no audio device named "High definition audio device"
3. VXME crashes and after it is automatically restarted "High definition audio device" is shown in the list and is working properly.
4.When plugged out "High definition audio device" is still in the list even tough there is no device connected.
