Description (partial)

Symptom:
A customer seeing an error when trying to join a WebEx instant meeting from the "toast" invite--can join from emailed invite without issue, but not from URL built by Jabber (see "troubleshooting preformed" for details).

Conditions:
J4W 9.7
User name does not match email address.
