Cisco Bug: CSCuo70238 - Document : Display of "Cisco Locations" OutOfResources output
Jul 03, 2017
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: System version: 220.127.116.1100-26(5 servers in total) System version: 18.104.22.16800-11 When 1 call is made from 8.x cluster to 9.x cluster and we run the following query from the CLI, show perf query counter "Cisco Locations" OutOfResources The number of calls shown is "2" instead of "1" as we can see below. admin:show perf query counter "Cisco Locations" OutOfResources - Perf class Cisco Locations(OutOfResources) has values: Hub_None -> OutOfResources = 0 Phantom -> OutOfResources = 0 testloc -> OutOfResources = 2 Conditions: The output depends on the number of endpoints that is configured in the Route Group. For example : in the route group if we have MGCP endpoint and a H225 Trunk listed the call tries to to to each endpoints and returns with the output of "2" Made further tests and confirmed when we added another endpoint the Output was "3".
