Description (partial)

Symptom:
HSRP Virtual MAC learned but not flushed after an L2 network split.

Conditions:
EHWIC-4ESG switch port is not behaving as a normal L2 switch would in terms of MAC learning. It looks like either it should not be learning a vMAC from an outside source when it itself (or its L3 router) has reserved the MAC or it should be behaving as a normal switch would (and should be paying attention to the source MAC of packets from the router itself).
