Description (partial)

Symptom:
fex HIF port-channel is recognized as non-vPC port even in enhanced vPC topology, although such a port-channel should be usually recognized as vPC port without explicit vPC configuration.

Conditions:
The topology is composed of dual-homed server to fex's, and dual-homed fex's to N5K's.
The incident could occur when following steps below:
1) Before connecting FEX's, configure fex's and FEX HIF port-channel as vPC explicitly using pre-provisioning
2) Connect FEX's, then configure "no vpc <id>" on the FEX HIF port-channel
