Symptom:
Home screen goes blank upon accessing the home key while an endpoint has a incoming alert with a ringout state.

Conditions:
With endpoint initiates a call in ringout state, the same it receives an incoming alert and in this scenario if home key is accessed, the home screen goes blank with no icons visible, even though the icons are present in home screen.
