D-Parked Call does not resume after first tap

1.Configure a BLF directed call park slot(Say 5100) on A
                 2.Establish a call between A and B 
                 3. On A, tap on Dpark slot softkey
                 4.The call is parked and session is erased
                 5.On A, again tap on the Dpark slot soft key
