Symptom: " Call duration" Timer showing 00:00 for established call in CTS500-32 intermittently Conditions: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Register CTS500-32 and EX60 in Unified CM 2. Make a call from EX60 to CTS500-32 3. Video call established between them 4. But in CTS500-32 , still call duration timer shows 00:00 5. Call duration timer is not increasing Environment: CTS500-32: 6.1.2.1(5) EX60:TC7.1.1 CUCM: 10.5.1.10000-7
