Description (partial)

Phone is invoking the Phone Service URL. In return the Phone Service responds with 200OK with text/plain content and content length 0 (no text). The phone will display an error on the screen when the message 200OK like above is received. Error message:

XML Parse Error[4]

In the console logs of the phone we can see:

00:00:10:28.821 - E/[XSI][ERR]xsi.uriHttp() resp.response is undefined and resp.status ==
200, Parse Error

As per design a blank page should be displayed (page with no text or ideally page should not open at all).

1. Configure an external phone service (either XML Service or Web Link category).
2. The service works in that way that if the URL is invoked it returns to the phone HTTP 200OK with content type text/plain and content lenght 0 (no text):

Issue not observed on 9951/79XX phones
