Cisco Bug: CSCuo66127 - CUOM: SLV phone count does not match count of phones discovered

Description (partial)

In CUOM SLV view, it will show the phone count for the selected cluster.
This count may differ from the actual phones discovered on the cluster which can be seen when you check the "phones in cluster" report, or the "associated phones" report.

Found on CUOM 9, but should be irrelevant of version. 

Pull the debug level PIF log and it will show the following type of errors
In the log below, we see that 7841 and 8831 are not being discovered due to it not being supported in this version of CUOM:
