FWD Information not shown in 99XX Phones

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Create a site with unified CM installed in it . 
2. Register 99XX Ip Phone A (DN 5124), IP phoneB (5522) and IP Phone C(5111).
3. Set FWD ALL In IP Phone B as I{P Phone A 99XX DN (5124).
4. Call from IP Phone C to IP phone B call will go to IP Phone A.
5. Answer the call in IP Phone A 

Problem descrition : when call palced in IP Phone A it should display FOR 5522 . But it not displaying in 99XX Phone and in call history also no details are given about FWD call

Expected Behaviour : When FWD call given to 9971 Phone it shoul display the FWD information .
