Known Affected Releases
Symptom: If using Cisco TMS with WebEx enabled TelePresence, it is not possible to make any changes to a user. Conditions: The issue has been seen in Cisco TMS 14.2 and later. It happens when Cisco TMS cannot connect to the WebEx site; Cisco TMS then unnecessarily blocks all changes to the user's profile, not only any WebEx related changes.
