Description (partial)

Symptoms:

TMS installation fails during database creation steps and databaselog file from installer states:
2014-04-21T17:22:02 Installing clean database
2014-04-21T17:22:08 Unhandled Error in InstallCleanDatabase
2014-04-21T17:22:08 Login failed for user 'sa'.

Conditions:

Can happen during a NEW installation if server has had previous installations of TMS that have resulted in the Windows Registry containing the TMS registry values for the database but the TMS database no longer exists.  This condition can be verified by observing that during the installation wizard, at the SQL Server settings page, you will have a server already specified and you do not have the option to select the SQL Server location, only the sql username and password.

Workarounds:

If this is a new install, not an upgrade - Using the Windows Registry Editor, delete the key at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Tandberg\TANDBERG Management Suite

then re-run the installation wizard
