Description (partial)

Symptom:
BNG 
Parent class does not get removed on CoA request
Show policy-map <> still has the policy-map applied on the subscriber.

Conditions:
Parent qos class does not get removed on CoA request. 
Show policy-map <> still has the policy-map applied on the subscriber.
When the same operation is done towards output direction, it works fine. 
Parent policy-map gets removed.
