Webex: removal of account is not properly done.

When a user sign in to Webex app for the first time, he will be taken to browser launching the Webex site where he inputs the credentials. If the user wants to sign out of Webex app, he will be prompted to clear the browser cache. If he didn't clear the cache , then the next time he sign in to the Webex app, user will be directly signed in using the browser cache(He don't have to input the credentials). When a user removes the Webex account from settings, the same behaviour should be exhibited, that is, the browser should be launched prompting the user to clear browser cache.
As per current implementation, this is not happening. Hence, even though the user removed the account, he is still able to login to the Webex app by simply launching the app.

It is easier to reproduce if tried on a fresh device.
Do not clear the browser cache when trying to reproduce the issue.
