Description (partial)

BGP crash observed while deleted & re-adding context with large number of VRF

By default, BGP VRF address-family is enabled only if the Route-Distinguisher is configured. When context with large number of VRF is deleted & re-added immediately, the VRF-address-family is created event before the Route-distinguisher is configured. At this point the VRF-RIB is not initialized & this causes BGP crash.
