Symptom:
User association to line is not updated in the Cisco Unified Communications Manager after ordering.

Conditions:
When you add a user and provision a phone service for the user from Prime Collaboration Provisioning, the association between user and Directory Number is not created in Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
