Cisco Bug: CSCuo63983 - No historical assurance data on failed over secondary
May 28, 2014
- Network Level Service
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: After failing over a PI HA pair, the secondary does not contain historical assurance related data. The reports will only contain data received since fail over occurred. Conditions: PI collects traffic statistics from Netflow and NAM. These performance data metrics include application bandwidth usage, response time, and voice/video quality, such as jitter and packet loss. The granular data are stored in a proprietary data store and more aggregated data are stored in PIs main Oracle database. For HA, the granular data are not synchronized to secondary server. Aggregated data are available in secondary server. This means if failover happens, Client Conversations and RTP Conversations dashlets and all Performance > Conversations and Raw Netflow Reports will not be available.
