Description (partial)

Symptom:
Multicast traffic is not forwarded to the receiver ports
Multicast sender and receiver are on the same vlan
IGMP snooping database built correctly for all receivers

Conditions:
Layer 3 interface (SVI) for the vlan has the following configuration:

int vlan 2
 ip vrf forwarding <vrf-name>
 ip address 10.10.1.1 255.255.255.0
 ip access-group 100 in
 no ip redirects
 no ip unreachables
 no ip proxy-arp
 ip pim sparse-mode

ACL 100 has "deny ip any any"
