Description (partial)

When fabricpath spine node is configure in "transit" mode, this issue could cause misprogramming of flood LTL that cause traffic outage.

Symptom:
This is issue is specific to "fabricpath mode transit" configuration. Traffic outage would be observed as a result with drop occuring at the transit spine.

Conditions:
The is issue is more likely to occur in a scaled testbed, with more number of vlans, SVIs or L2 mcast group entries. Reload or vdc restart can also trigger the same on a scale bed.
