Video freeze seen in DX80 call, when bitrate is changed from 750 to 500kbps in Phone App

(1)  Place call between DX80-1 and DX80-2.

(2)  on DX80-2, go to phoneApp and change bitrate in below order
  -  Auto = Tx:Rx: 720p@30fps
  -  2Mbps = Tx:Rx: 720p@30fps
  -  1.5Mbps = Tx:Rx: 720p@30fps
  -  1Mbps = Tx:Rx: 1024x576@30fps
  -  750kbps = Tx:1024x576@15fps/ Rx:848x480@30fps
  -  500kbps = Tx:Rx: 360p@30fps
