Symptom:
Dial intra-cluster call from call history will fail

Conditions:
1. config route pattern 70xxx , which need FAC and CMC
which 
 Connected Party Transformations configured as following
Connected Line ID Presentation Allowed
Connected Name Presentation Restricted
2. dial  70005 from phone A.
input FAC and CMC, call succecced

3 check call history,  there is a call history
Private  70005

highlight this entry, press call soft key , FAC input window pops up, but this window won't closed after FAC inputted, and won't dial out
