Description (partial)

On a new device, when user launches contacts app, he will be prompted with 3 options and one among them is to import contacts. Upon tapping on this option, he will be prompted with another two options: import and import from SD card.  First option is an invalid one. This needs to be removed.

Do a FR on the device.
Once it boots up, launch the contacts app and select the import contacts option(3rd option)
