TCD's and ScriptEditor won't line up with the numbers displayed because calltype are being changed through the call and recording the numbers differently.

When a customer has numerous Customer Definitions and TFN's ingress to multiple locations there is sometimes the need to segment the reporting based upon the location the call came in on.  Or if you have two different customers routing calls to the same destination sharing the same SL Call Types and Skill Groups.
