- Headend System Releases
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Running the switchover script fails with the following output: # ./switchover INFO: Thursday, May 1, 2014 02:14:23 PM EDT INFO: Checking environment... ./switchover: test: argument expected ./switchover: test: argument expected egrep: syntax error egrep: syntax error ERROR: ERROR: RepDb interface is not active! ERROR: Conditions: The /opt/SAIrepdb/dbRep.conf file must have quotes or other punctuation around the values of $PRIMARY_SERVER and $SECONDARY_SERVER variables, which are typically HOST_A and HOST_B This can only occur when the dbRep.conf file is manually editted. The configRepDb script will create the file correctly. Typically this will only be the case when a system has upgraded to 126.96.36.199 or later and has come from an earlier version of draco.
