Symptom:
Version 9.6 and 9.7

Here is the options settings from our jabber-config.xml file:



 <Options>

   <Set_Status_Inactive_Timeout>5</Set_Status_Inactive_Timeout>

   <Start_Client_On_Start_OS>true</Start_Client_On_Start_OS>

   <ShowContactPictures>false</ShowContactPictures>

   <ShowOfflineContacts>false</ShowOfflineContacts>

   <DockedWindowVisible>false</DockedWindowVisible>

 </Options>



The ShowOfflineContacts & ShowContactPictures settings are not being honored in the jabberLocalConfig.xml when the client first runs:

<userConfig name="ShowContactPictures" value="true"/>

 <userConfig name="showOfflineContacts" value="true"/>



If the user toggles the setting again, then they are fine.

Conditions:
Version 9.6 and 9.7

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a jabber-config.xml containing the ShowContactPictures & ShowOfflineContacts parameters and upload to CUCM TFTP server.

2. Delete the %appdata%\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber and %localappdata%\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber directory; so you know you have a clean configuration.

3. Relaunch Jabber for Windows and login

4. The ShowOfflineContacts & ShowContactPictures setting is not being honored.
